Robin Robin Legacy Generation One, Part One



Generation One, here we go! Bo moved into this lovely little starter home in my BACC hood. It's kind of small (one bedroom), but it'll do until she racks up some more cash.

A close up of the founder, Miss Bo Bebeess.



Her lifetime want is to make it to the top of the athletic career track.



With her meagre funds, she began to furnish her home.



No athletic listings in the newspaper today.



She even shelled out for a computer, but no soap there either.



And then some neighbors came to welcome her to the 'hood. Unfortunately they're all playables from my BACC challenge, so no potential husbands in the mix.



Although she did befriend one of my favorite Sims, Callum Sands.



The next day, she finds an opening in her dream career track!



Silly costume aside, she's really quite pretty.



eek. This dude is scary. Go away, Ludwig.



Yeah, Callum is one of those friends. *cough*needy*cough*



oooh yeah.



This was the first person she had any chemistry with, a one-bolter. But then--



He pulled this card at 1 in the afternoon, so suffice to say I think he's not interested...

Good. We don't want that nose in this legacy anyway.



She wanted a pet, what can I say?

...okay. Maybe I wanted a pet. They're just so cute!



I'm feeling seasonal, as you can see. I had a pumpkin latte from Starbucks today (I actually prefer the one from my school's cafe, surprisingly enough; Starbucks makes it way too sweet), and my roommate bought us pumpkin pancake mix. But she looks like a Pumpkin, doesn't she?



D'awww...



D'AWWW



Okay, so apparently cats need litter boxes. I sort of forgot about that.



Still pretty cute.



Pumpkin! That is your master!



Oops. So, moral of the story, I'm a bad pet owner.



And, apparently, a bad gardner.



Then Bo meets this guy one night, as he's walking past her house. They've got two bolts of chemistry together.



So of course ACR takes over.



He's kind a cute.

What are you doing, missy? Just 'cause you're all grown up doesn't mean you get to sit your butt on all the counters. 



Now you're in trouble.



Bo + Des = cuteness.



I also forgot to buy Pumpkin a scratching post. Look at her go at that thing!



Okay, yeah, Bo also meets this guy a few days later. She brings him home from work and immediately they're all over each other. I kind of like Cal better than Des.



Now I ain't saying she a gold digger...

She's just trying to make sure her future is financially secure, okay?



A few days and a few dream dates later, she rolls the want to marry Cal.



But then, lo and behold, this dude comes home from work with her, and before I even know what's happening, ACR has got them heading to the bed. I didn't even get his name.



But, yeah, Cal is also rolling wants to marry Bo, so...



She proposes in the kitchen, right next to the cat food. Romantic, no?

And then they celebrated, and oops, risky woohoo lead to baby chimes. Look at that face. That's not a face of innocence, though it tries.  



CAL! YOU CALL §4,000 worthy of "§§§"?!?!



He gets a makeover before the wedding. How handsome.







Ugh. He also has the LTW of becoming a Hall of Famer. How boring.





Cal, what a horrible time to take out the trash!

Welcome, baby Cormac!



Brown eyes just like his father. 

And that's all for this update! I'll hopefully get some more playing done tomorrow, so keep an eye out. It'll probably be just as mundane exciting as this part.

Ooo, Bo is super pretty! I'm really excited to have this thing start! This seems like it'll be a good generation already.

• I love that house! Did you make it, or did you download it? I've always had a thing for little houses--I can't stand having a huge house with like multiple floors. Drives me batty.
  
• I love that cat name, Pumpkin, but its weird how he grew up not orange anymore.
• I also really like Cal. He is very handsome. Seems like Bo may end up being a bit of a player, already having had her way with three different guys! Oh, ACR! How you make Sims even more full of shenanigans.
• I laughed at the whole Cal and the garbage situation. Sims are always doing SOMETHING they shouldn't be doing at the most inappropriate times.

Anyway, great start to the RR legacy so far, Samantha! I can't wait to see all the pretty babies they make.

I love the aesthetics of your game, Samantha; everything looks so nice. (Bo's features look so much more interesting, too.) Had to laugh at Pumpkin--plot twist of the century!

I can't wait to see what Cormac will look like when he ages up!

The fact Pumpkin grew up with entirely different colors is hilarious to me! I've never heard of something like that happening. I have had some interesting spots turn up on my puppies when they grow up, but never becoming an entirely different color.
Love the name Cormac! I've never heard of it before!

I made it, actually. You're more than welcome to steal the floorplans, haha. I tend to like smaller houses, too, although this one will probably end up being too small for the Bebeess family in the long run.

Thank you! The nose mask (though slightly off in color--I really should recolor it to match my skins) I think really changed her look. I also didn't have that hair that you presented her with in my game, so I tried to give her something as close as possible.

I was really looking forward to having an orange cat.

I had a blonde cat named Vanilla Bean grow up black (with patterning) in my game before. I thought it would happen a bit with Pumpkin, but I figured she attain at least some of her orangeness.

Thank you! It was actually the first name I spotted on 'names for boys' list I use, and I found it to be perfect immediately.

Great start to the legacy! Bo and Cal are really pretty, and I'm sure Cormac is going to be a cutie. Their cottage is lovely too! 
I had to laugh at the saga of Pumpkin the orange pretender, and Bo's run-ins with the opposite sex. ACR has a habit of adding drama. Looking forward to see how this little family progresses (and maybe grows? )

Ahaha Pumpkin isn't so much of a pumpkin anymore.  I've never had that happen in my game either - very strange (I do have a black cat in real life however who used to have white specks all over him. I named him Flour, because it looked like he rolled in flour, and then he grew up and the specks disappeared. His name is Flower now ).

Anyway, great update! I really liked Des, but Cal seems pretty awesome too. He turns out very handsome after his makeover. Can't wait to see what Cormac will look like!

Trying for baby numero two!



 This happened.



Cal didn't take it well.



So dejected.



Maybe he'll be a stay at home dad. Yeah, he can do the domesticate thing for a while.





They grow up so fast.



I'm not even kidding: my Sims go outside and stand beneath this tree to eat. It's very, very annoying--especially when I end up with, like, seven plates littering the ground out there.



Cals' a good daddy. So cute.



Yet Cormac is, eh, a little neglected sometimes.



Pumpkin is not amused.



Like I said.



Baby time.





A baby girl who I completely forgot to take a picture of. Whoops. Welcome to the world, Aminat! She's got her mom's skin tone and her dad's brown eyes.



Bo can have it all: husband, kids, and a good job.



Cormac learns the last of his toddler skills.



I spoke too soon. But! At least she's not fired.



More birthdays.



He's kinda cute. Looks a lot like his dad.

Here's Aminat. I missed her birthday, too, as well as her birth. I would be a terrible photographer.

I love Cal. He's just such a cutie.

Animat's pretty. She's got a good combination of both her parents' genes, I think.

Cal can't take it anymore. He's a career man at heart.



Quinn grows up absolutely hideously. What's with that hair? And that shirt...?



KEEP IT IN YOUR PANTS, CAL! We don't want any more babies in this generation.

ACR, man. ACR.



Geez, now we're going to get roaches.

Ew. Quinn, no, stop that.



Hehe, Cal's ears don't fit in the car.



Yeahhh, Bo. You're almost there!





Urgh, I can't handle his cuteness.



And he random-rolls Romance (also I random-rolled those turn-ons/-offs). He's gon' be a heartbreaker.

So, yeah, that's it. I was busier than I thought I'd be this weekend, but I'm hoping one more update will finish off this generation. Can't wait to see how these kiddies grow up!

Robin Robin Legacy Generation One, Part One - The Dramatic Finale, tonight on The Bachelorette!



Let's begin with a lovely family photo, shall we? In case y'all don't remember, we've got: Bo and her husband, Cal. Bo's holding their youngest son, Quinn. Cormac is the teenage boy, and Aminat is the girl.

Guess whose birthday it is!



The founder is officially an elder. It feels like just yesterday I was fetching her from the Sim bin in CAS...

(it practically was, to be honest)



And the following day, Quinn also ages up.



I hate those pajamas.



Haha, poor Cal.



And this brings the household total to...drum roll...§0!!!



Ugh, Cormac, go wash your face.



You'd think that with all the time Cal spent as a stay-at-home dad he'd have learned to cook something more difficult than toaster pastries. You'd think that, but you'd be wrong.



She's looks so excited, right?



This family would be nothing without Cal. For real, though.



Look it! Pumpkin's finally learning to play dead!



Aminat's birthday.



Haha, someone's not too happy to grow up.



She's so pretty. 



Another random-roll. Family this time (at first she rolled Romance, but shhh, I re-rolled 'cause Cormac's already Romance and that's boring).



Makeover. Like I said: pretty.



Yep. They do their homework together. It's adorable.



This happened. Poor Cal.



Pumpkin grew up. 



GAH. CAL, NOOOO, NOT AGAIN!



The Athletic career track is just not the place for you, buddy. It's time to pursue other interests, methinks.



BUT WHERE HAVE ALL THE TOASTER PASTRIES GONE?

(He spends a lot of time crying.)



And, yeah, this is how he spends most of his afternoons now.



Bo, as you can see, is very sensitive to her husband's situation.



But he's not bitter or anything.



Poor Cal.



The teddy bear likes to watch Pumpkin while she sleeps. I did NOT put that there.



Cormac is on the edge of adulthood now. This is exciting, guys!



Not bad.



Oh.



Pretty bad.



But he cleans up well.



And then it's Quinn's birthday.



He rolls Pleasure.



And is also rather cute.



But, for now, it's time for Cormac to go and "cool his heels" in the bin. See ya later, bb!



b-but the toilet...is right there...?



Quinn has much better luck in the dating department than his older brother.



Yup. And he doesn't care who knows it.

Aminat's got maxed-out body skills. She'll win this.

More birthdays! Lots and lots of birthdays (they're about half of these pictures, I swear).





Gahh, so pretty. And, yeah, she is going to wear a crop top to show off that six pack. Werk it, girl.



Poor Cal. Still can't catch a break.



So he adopts a dog. I think he's having a crisis.



oh. my. gosh. so tiny.



I'm going to cry. Bullet's just too cute to handle.



What. No. We JUST adopted him, like, a half-hour ago. This is unfair. Go back to a puppy, please.



Yep. Bo did it finally. Hall of Famer, baby.



Look at that guy's smile. No one should take that much pleasure in repossessing people's items. It's just cruel.





I'm sorry, but it's just not the same. I miss Pumpkin.

Wow. Like everyone else has said, that was uber-quick!

I feel so bad for Cal. All of those things that happened to the poor guy.. at least he had a good family to be with! I shed a little tear for Pumpkin. R.I.P. He shall be missed, that crazy was-once-orange-but-then-grew-up-not-orange-which-was-very-weird cat.

Anyway, I voted. Great generation, and I'm so excited to read about the next.
